Your privacy is important to us.  We will never sell or rent your personally identifiable information or a list of our customers to third parties.  This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect and how we use that information.

Information We Collect
On this Web site (www.weightmania.com), all online payments are processed by Paypal Corp. ("PayPal").  They are a leading provider of secure payments worldwide.  Although PayPal must collect information from you to operate this service and reduce the risk of fraud, Edward A. Greenwood, Inc. is only provided with the minimum information needed to fill an order.  Paypal Corp. does not allow us to access and we do not collect any personal, credit card, telephone or bank account information.  When you place an order for a physical product on this Web site, Edward A. Greenwood, Inc. collects the name, email, and shipping address that you provide to PayPal.  If you purchase a digital download, you are not required to provide a shipping address.  In this case, we only collect the name and email address that you provide.  The same applies to orders we receive offline, by postal mail.  Periodically, we may also collect information electronically from user feedback and anonymous surveys.

How We Use The Information We Collect

Edward A. Greenwood, Inc. takes the privacy of your personal information very seriously and will use your information only in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.  We will never sell or rent your personally identifiable information or a list of our customers to third parties.  This includes email and mailing addresses.  Your information is strictly used to fill orders, notify you of new products and upgrades from Edward A. Greenwood, Inc., and provide technical support.  Information collected electronically from user feedback and anonymous surveys is aggregated and used to improve our products.  No personally identifiable information is ever used. 

Discloser of Your Information
The information we collect will be accessed by our employees.  It may also be shared with other companies hired to do services on our behalf.  If there is a change in the ownership structure of our business or if we enter into a joint venture with another entity, your information may be provided to our new owners or partners.  We will not otherwise share, sell or distribute any of the information you provide to us without your consent unless we are required to do so by law.


Return Policy

Software titles purchased from Edward A. Greenwood, Inc. on this web site, can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund less shipping and handling.  The following restrictions apply.

Packaged Software
Returned items must be unopened, sealed, and in "like new" or resalable condition.  We cannot accept returns for software that has been opened, installed or activated. If you receive software that is damaged or defective, we can only replace it with the same title and version.  We apologize that Edward A. Greenwood, Inc. cannot refund your original or return shipping expenses. All refunds are given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

Digital Downloads
We apologize that Edward A. Greenwood, Inc. cannot offer refunds for software downloads. We strongly encourage users to download a free trial version before making a purchase. If you purchase a download, and you are unable to download the software, we will make arrangements to mail you a copy on CD. Note, we regularly offer free upgrades to correct issues and improve all of our products.


Subscription Cancellation Policy

Your subscription to Weightmania Pro Online can be cancelled (stopped) at any time. To avoid a fee for your next billing cycle, you must cancel at least three days (72 hours) prior to your next bill date. Cancellation is effective immediately. Although you will not be able to login to your account, we will continue to store your data for 90 days. You can sign up again at anytime. We apologize, but we cannot offer full or partial refunds for any billing cycle. Note, billing automatically occurs once on your sign up date then again at the start of each new billing cycle. Depending on your subscription, this will be every month, three months, six months, nine months or year. You can cancel your subscription by logging into to your Paypal account and accessing your subscriptions or by contacting us directly. If you want us to cancel a subscription for you, please contact us using the feedback form on our web site (do not reply to subscription-related emails sent by our automated system because this mailbox is not monitored).


Lost, Damaged or Stolen Software Replacement Policy

If you purchased Extended Download Service (EDS) at the time of your order (this is available for downloaded software only), you can re-download the original version you ordered again for up to two years (a copy has been stored on our server). Otherwise, you will have to purchase a replacement CD or download. Replacement CDs and downloads are available at a significant discount. To order, go to our upgrade center and purchase an upgrade using the name and email address currently in our system. You will need your previous activation code during installation. For more information, or if you are covered by EDS, please contact us using our feedback form. All requests are subject to approval.


Undelivered Packaged Software / Re-shipment Policy

All packaged software that we ship is mailed with United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx tracking. While delivery times vary (it can take 10 - 14 days to receive software outside the United States), if you purchased a packaged copy on CD and have not received it, you must report it to us within 30 days from the date of your order. If tracking is unavailable or indicates your software was not delivered, we can make arrangements to reship your software. Otherwise, you must purchase a replacement CD or download (see section above). If you have any questions, please contact us using our feedback form.


Free Upgrade Policy

Each year, we release several major and minor software upgrades to correct issues, make improvments and add new features. Most upgrades are based on customer feedback. We offer free upgrades for all our products, for 18 months after purchase to customers who purchased our software on this web site (www.weightmania.com), Amazon.com or an authorized reseller. If you purchased your software more than 18 months ago, or purchased an older, discounted version on eBay, you will have to purchase an upgrade. Upgrades are offered at a significant discount. All qualified customers should receive upgrade information by email within 30 days of a new release. If you don't receive this, please contact us using our feedback form. For faster service, please specify the exact name and email address you used to order, the version you have, and the platform it runs on. All upgrade requests are subject to approval.
