Thank you for visiting Weightmania.com! Our company, Edward A. Greenwood, Inc., is a privately funded corporation located in Brookline, Massachusetts. We've been developing fitness and nutrition software for home users and professionals for almost 10 years.
Under our own and private labels, our products are marketed and sold worldwide to consumers, fitness centers, schools, personal trainers, government and the military. Our software is designed for all ages, skill levels and fitness ability.
Every member of our staff has a strong background in health and fitness. That includes the president, sales team, technical support group and engineers. Many of our employees are certified personal trainers too, which is reflected in our products and the support you'll receive.
After 18 months of development, the first version of Weightmania Pro was introduced in 2002. For the past 9 years, we've regularly updated it based on feedback from thousands of users. We recently redesigned the nutrition section with assistance from the University of Connecticut Human Performance Lab (they are recognized worldwide for nutrition research), then re-engineered the exercise and measurement journal with input from coaches, trainers and athletes. Weightmania Pro is currently used in over 50 countries.
