1. How many users can I track? This is set by the upper limit of the subscription you select. It's the maximum number of users (profiles) you can have in the system at the same time, whether they are active or inactive. You can stay within this limit indefinitely by deleting user profiles.
2. Can I upgrade to a plan that tracks more users in the future? Yes, you can upgrade to a higher capacity plan anytime. Weightmania Pro Online can track any size group up to 50,000 people. Group sizes are typically sold in blocks of 100 or 1000. Cost varies from about one dollar per user to a few cents. Please call for details.
3. What does private labeling and branding include? We'll add your logo, business name or slogan, custom background color, replace the default photos on the home page with your images and remove references to "Weightmania".
4. How do you integrate this with my website? Typically, we provide four lines of custom code you or your web designer need to copy and paste to your website. This adds a launch button that opens the software in it's own window. However we can also integrate the software with your own login prompt, sign up form, billing system or another web application using our API (this is available for plans tracking over 100 users).
5. What if I don't have a website or it's not ready? First, you and your clients can use our streamed version. This comes with all subscriptions. It installs like desktop software, accesses and stores data in the cloud, and uses the same online services. Clients will still see your private labeling and branding too. We can also provide a free private page for your business on our server. When you're ready, we'll integrate the software with your website.
6. Is there an automated way to add new users to your system? Yes! We can enable a free option to let users select their own username and password or integrate the software with a sign up form, billing system or another web-based application on your website.
7. Can I assign each client a username and password? How many administrators can I have? What can administrators do versus normal users? You can create as many administrators as you want, assign everyone their own username and password or let them create their own. Administrators can view everyone in the system, access their data, reset passwords, add new users, delete accounts, communicate with clients and more. Normal users can only access their own data, cannot see anyone else in the system and are not able to access administrator-level tools.
8. Can I hide or remove features? Weightmania includes 30 tools and many features. You may want to remove options to simplify the software for users or charge additional fees for those items. We can remove or disable some features at no charge upon request. Other options can be hidden or disabled from your Setup control panel. For example, you can turn off the home screen.
9. Does Weightmania provide or create meal plans? Under federal and state law, only licensed health care professionals, such as registered dietitians, can legally provide specific dietary recommendations and written meal plans. Weightmania has a large food database, nutrition research tools, an option to sum nutrients in recipes, tools to manually create and save meal plans and a feature to print meal cards, but it doesn't include or automatically generate meal plans. Custom meal plans can cost over $300 from a registered dietician because they are specialized, difficult to create and require careful research. Everyone has individual needs. For example, some clients don't eat soy, can't eat yogurt, don't like fish, don't have access to the foods you suggest, have food allergies, food intolerances and more. Nutrition software that offers this feature is outside the price range of Weightmania and is usually only available to licensed dieticians.
10. How do I get started? Click "Purchase" at the top if this page, then select "Business Subscriptions". Choose a plan, then select "Customization & Branding" (this is optional). When your order is complete, let us know if you want a private page on our server or integration with your website. Then email us your logo, business and website name. In most cases, you'll be up and running the same day.
