Greenwood, Inc. collects the name, email, and shipping address that you provide to PayPal.  If you purchase a digital download, you are not required to provide a shipping address.  In this case, we only collect the name and email address that you provide.  The same applies to orders we receive offline, by postal mail.  Periodically, we may also collect information electronically from user feedback and anonymous surveys.
